Had to take my cat in on Christmas Day with an emergency. The staff quickly responded and took her back to be treated immediately. While we were waiting they offered us water coffee and snacks. After they got her stable, the staff kept us updated on what happened and the treatment plan. Before we left, they let us go back and say goodnight to our cat. They gave us a full list of the potential price, and when we picked her up the next day they refunded us for all the services they didn’t need to perform. The entire staff was polite and warm to everyone that came in that night and that continued to the next day when we picked her up. They also told us to call at anytime during the night to get an update.

Brought our fur baby Foxy here for a respiratory issue. After an x-ray we received devastating news and had to make the hard decision to put her down. Through the process the staff was amazing and very compassionate. A few days later we received a card, signed by the staff and writing their condolences. They definitely made the whole process a little easier to cope with. ❤️❤️

Truly exceptional staff, they remained remarkably composed with patients' distraught owners, showing empathy over the wait time. They ensured each patient received the attention they needed, showering my dog with extraordinary care, and displaying genuine affection, kindness, and compassion.

I love this place so much!!! The staff not only truly love animals (sooo good with both cats and dogs) but they are also super compassionate towards us every time we come. always so sweet and friendly and they don’t mind if you ask a million questions lol. The tech and doctor that worked with us at our appointment for 2P today were both actual angels, can’t thank y’all enough for the amazing care. thank you for seeing her twice and working with us to assess what care she needed most. Dr. Ramsdell saved my baby’s life

I want to thank everyone at the clinic for being so honest and compassionate and taking care of my little guy, Lennon. He’s only 3 and I was so scared to leave him for 2 nights. It’s been 2 weeks and he’s doing very well well from the hemorrhagic gastrointestinal episode.

I am not one to write a review, but the staff at this amazing clinic truly needs to be praised. Two months ago we rushed my beautiful patches to you guys unexpectedly. We had to let her go that evening which truly broke my heart. Now fast-forward to January 8, we had to rush my other beautiful girl miss Maggie to you guys. We didn’t get the news we wanted, but the staff comforted us and helped us through the process. I have never met such a great wonderful sympathetic group at this clinic person in there truly understood the pain my husband and I were going through. Thank you for everything, I couldn’t have have asked for a better place to bring my girls in their final moments. Thank you also for sending me the most thoughtful card and placing their paw prints in that card for me. Thank you again for everything you did for helping my girls cross the rainbow bridge.

I can’t say I ever expected to be happy I took a trip the emergency vet clinic, but there we are! Such personable and delightful staff were quick to assure me that our family’s fur baby was in good hands. But they got Daisy’s purr of approval immediately upon meeting them. Our shy cat was all over Dani, who made fast friends with us. I will never forget the staff at the Murdoc circle emergency clinic (nor will my spoiled queen Daisy)!

We recently had to take our 14 yo Beagle with 1st stage Kidney disease in due to blood in her urine. The staff of Brandie, Hailey & Dr Ziegler were very professional and caring. They understood our concerns and treated us and our Calla with the utmost respect and understanding. They sent us home after testing, treatment and antibiotics and she is feeling much better now. Great job and a big thank you for treating our senior dog who thinks she is still a puppy!

We brought our sweet boy in October 29th where he spent the night and spent the night again on the 30th. We returned the 31st for his third dose of medication. I highlight the dates because I can’t thank all the medical staff enough. I believe there were three different shifts of people. I was an absolute wreck and they reassured us the entire time that our boy was getting the best care possible. They were so informative and put up with all of my in-depth questions, answering them all perfectly and without judgement. They were effective in their diagnosis and did not stop till we found an answer. Our little guy was anxious in the kennels and the staff was so intentional overnight, making sure he felt as safe and cuddled as possible. I pray I never have to come back here, but I’m so confident now that we have found such an amazing place to go and feel seen/heard during some of the hardest times. Each person was so compassionate and genuine. He is now running around like nothing ever happened! My family can’t thank you enough!!

If you are needing an emergency vet, GO HERE!!!! Not only are the prices extremely reasonable, but the staff is incredible! I came in tonight due to my dog having blood in his vomit and I was actively sobbing when I walked in, the two ladies at the front, Brandie and Elaine, were so sweet and tried to calm me down while getting me checked in and my dog to the back. They quickly brought me to the room and told me the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. McShaffry came in less than 10 minutes later & very thoroughly, calmly, and clearly told me what was going on with my baby. I came in terrified my dog was dying and left feeling calm, reassured, and cared for. You can trust this ER Vet with your pets!!! They are incredible. I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Dr. McShaffry, Brandie, and Elaine for helping my baby (& me!)! I am so grateful for y’all!!!
